Last Saturday, Manchester United took home a 2-1 victory against Bournemouth. This immediately set some players off to celebrate the win, with Alexis Sanchez taking a day off practice who did some exploring in London.
The 29-year-old spent some time seeing the British Museum last Sunday. He shared on Instagram his little adventure, where he visited Hoa Hakananai’a, a famous statue from the Chilean island back in 1868.
For the first time in five matches, Sanchez appeared in the Bournemouth – Manchester United game who showed everyone that he is slowly getting his rhythm back. “We’re seeing it now, the thing is, I was quite pleased for him because we know he’s a quality player but what he done today – he stretched them and got himself into positions.” according to ex-Arsenal player Ian Wright.
Jose Mourinho’s men have moved a notch higher in the Premier League table, but the Bournemouth Cherries remain to be in a higher place on goal difference than United.
